Consistency is a virtue that allows us to sustain an elevated frequency over time.
When we prioritize our energy, we begin to vibrate differently, and from that new vibration, we no longer resonate with the same situations as always. In this way, little by little, we rewrite our story from a place more aligned with the love that we are. 

Being consistent in our inner healing process strengthens us and makes us increasingly more subtle, less dominated by the mind. Gradually, our attention stops projecting outward—seeking those responsible or to blame—and becomes anchored within ourselves.

When we recognize our own frequency, the need to compare ourselves or to take others as a reference disappears, and it is from this sustained commitment to ourselves that life truly begins to transform.

The beginning of the year marks a key energetic frequency.
The first twelve days function as a space for conscious sowing: the way we move through those days—our thoughts, emotions, and actions—leaves a subtle imprint that expands throughout the year.
