From a quantum-physics perspective, play and joy are not merely emotions; they are vibrational states that reorganize energy.

Becoming children again allows us to activate humility and innocence, opening the space to learn and to trust.

🌎 Lifestyle: tending to our energy during the holidays ( and throughout the rest of the year! )

In this season, the real gift is learning to tend to our energy.

December is a month that can easily overflow with excess—food, late nights, commitments.

Caring for what we eat, how much we sleep, how we nourish ourselves, and how we relate to others is an act of self-love, an investment in our own well-being.

But above all, it is essential to care for our subtle energy — the kind that moves through our interactions. Family gatherings can awaken old memories and emotions, and in those moments lies the opportunity to put Maestro Juan’s teachings into practice

We can enjoy the celebrations without losing ourselves, choosing what truly nourishes us.

This month, let us be conscious of our decisions so we can choose how—and with whom—we share our energy. Also to see each encounter as an opportunity to expand our light.

Maestro Juan’s tips for caring for your energy this Christmas:

🌿 Eat with awareness: every food carries its own frequency. Choose the foods that best support you.

💧 Hydrate with high-quality water: look for filters that help you avoid contact with heavy metals.

💫 Connect with your inner feeling: to decide which social interactions you want to prioritize.

💬 In family gatherings: give thanks, stay humble, listen more, and react less.

❤️ If something makes you uncomfortable: observe yourself, give thanks, and set your boundaries with love

🌞 Nourish yourself with elevated frequencies: dedicate at least one hour a day to studying your quantum information and/or the information received to the people who participate in the quantum process.

🌟 Thanksgiving at Portal El Edén

We’d like to share with you the Thanksgiving Retreat at the Portal del Edén (Cali, Colombia), which took place from November 26th to 30th, 2025, where we celebrated the energy of gratitude—one of Maestro Juan de la Luz’s essential teachings.

These were days devoted to reconnecting with our essence and elevating our frequency, in the company of our community and Maestro.
