Welcome to the second edition of JDL News, an expansion of Maestro Juan de la Luz's energy on this new cycle ahead of us.

Maestro Juan's Tips for a New Year in Awareness.
During the Quantum Group Coaching on December 28, Maestro Juan shared profound insights on beginning the year with intention and alignment. He emphasized the power of the first 12 days of January, each symbolizing a month of the year ahead, and invited us to anchor 2025 in coherence and love.

Here are his three transformative tips to start this new cycle:
Self-Forgiveness & Personal Reconciliation: We often carry guilt, anger, and pain that ripple out to others. Maestro reminds us to release these burdens through self-observation, recognizing that we are not our ego or personality but a loving, evolving essence. Forgiveness is an act of self-liberation.
Loving Speech & Action: What we give to others is ultimately what we give to ourselves. By offering unconditional love, we allow this energy to return to us in abundance. Let us act and speak tenderly, planting seeds of kindness and compassion in every interaction.
Transmuting Negative Thoughts: When negative thoughts arise, we hold the power to pause and observe. Gratitude, paired with the space we create between thought and reaction, allows this energy to rise from the solar plexus and rest in the heart. From this loving center, we can respond with clarity and peace.
